We are facing below issue with CISCO SIP devices: During registration sometimes the devices sends REFER which is not normal and delaying registration. CFB/CW needs to be activated from device, which takes precedence over network setting. Not able to reject calls.

If I check the Phone status on the 7970 it says 802.1x authentication failed. Yet it still has access and I can make calls. It doesnt get put on the authentication VLAN.
