Nope, it just uses the broken vanilla meshes. the vanilla meshes arent really broken per se but some of the nodes are in the wrong spots so the ironsights are way off sometimes. It's buggy. As an alternative, I recommend Hitman's Anniversary Pack + FNV Clean Animations + Januusz' kNVSE Pack.
